While approaching Kano, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with low visibility. The captain reduced his altitude in an attempt to make an emergency landing when the aircraft collided with trees and crash landed in Dawaki, northwest of Kano. All four crew members escaped uninjured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The airplane departed Heliopolis to drop paratroopers over Tmimi. While flying between Tmimi and Gazala, it was shot down by enemy fire, entered a dive and crashed near Tawīlat al Ghazālah. Seven crew members became PoW while Sgt Pott was killed. About two weeks later, P/O Martin and AC1 Humphries died from injuries sustained.

Following a hard landing, the left main gear collapsed. The twin engine aircraft named 'Zambeze' veered off runway and came to rest, bursting into flames. There were no casualties but the airplane was partially destroyed by fire.

The crew departed Wadi Gazouza on a training flight. An engine failure forced the pilot to make an emergency landing some 55 miles east-southeast of Khartoum. The airplane was damaged beyond repair and all four crew members were injured.

Following a dual instruction flight, the airplane was returning to base at Wadi Gazouza when the starboard engine caught fire while taxiing to parking. Both crew members escaped uninjured.

The airplane departed RAF Shallufa to attack ships in the Benghazi harbor. Following a successful mission, the crew was returning to base when the aircraft ran out of fuel. After the engines n°1, 2 and 3 failed, the captain reduced his altitude and attempted an emergency landing in a desert area located 128 km west of Fort Maddalena. The aircraft was damaged beyond repair and all eight crew members escaped uninjured and were later rescued by a ground unit.

The airplane departed RAF Luqa on an operation over the coast of North Africa. While attacking a target, it crashed in unknown circumstances in a desert area located 20 miles east of Saurga. All three crew members were killed.

En route to Stamford Hill Airport in Durban, the pilot encountered low clouds when the airplane impacted the slope of Mt Platberg (2,394 metres high) located east of Harrismith. Both occupants were killed. among them Brigadier Harold Griffin Eady of the Royal Air Force.
