The airplane was performing a cargo flight from Dhobley to Mogadishu with a crew of five on board. While on approach to Mogadishu-Aden Adde Airport, it crashed in unknown circumstances in Ceel Xabaalbow, some 24 km southwest from runway 05 threshold. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed.

After takeoff from runway 18 at Mesquite Metro Airport, the airplane continued to climb to an altitude of 950 feet in a slight turn to the right when it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a wooded area located near Lawson and Clay Mathis roads. The airplane exploded upon impact and was totally destroyed. The wreckage was found approximately 2 km southwest from runway 36 threshold. The pilot, sole on board, was killed.

While on a ferry flight from Sebastian to Palatka, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a dense wooded area located in Codys Corner, Florida. The airplane was totally destroyed and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.

The twin engine airplane was engaged in a special mission on a subcontracting operation for the US Department of Defense. It crashed in unknown circumstances in a pasture in Ampatuan. All four occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Locarno Airfield on a private flight to Grenchen, carrying two passengers and one pilot. While in a circuit for an approach to Grenchen Airport Runway 06, the airplane stalled and crashed in a pasture located in Leuzigen, about 4 km east of the airport. The airplane was destroyed and all three occupants were injured. At the time of the accident, the visibility was estimated to be 4 km with wind from 070 at 6 knots with mist, scattered at 800 feet and overcast at 1,400 feet.

The crew was completing a training program and departed Rasht-Sardar Jangal Airport on a flight to Tehran. While flying in limited visibility, the airplane went out of control and crashed in an open field located in Kenarsar, some 15 km east of Rasht Airport. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all three occupants were killed.

The crew (one pilot and one copilot) were completing a local training flight out from Beaune-Challenges Airport. In unknown circumstances, the airplane crash landed in a vineyard located in Magny-lès-Villers, about 10 km north of the airfield, bursting into flames. Both occupants evacuated the cabin and were seriously injured. The airplane was destroyed by fire.

The twin engine airplane departed Florianópolis-Hercilio Luz Airport at 1651LT on an ambulance flight to Salvador, carrying three passengers (a doctor, a nurse and a mechanic) and two pilots. A technical stop for refueling was scheduled in Belo Horizonte. While flying in cruising altitude in reduced visibility (almost night and heavy rain falls), the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a wooded area located in Santa Branca. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all five occupants, all employees of the company, were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Vladikavkaz Airport on a skydiving mission, carrying 13 skydivers and two pilots. While flying between Mairamadag and Koban, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and attempted an emergency landing when the airplane impacted trees and crashed in a dense wooded area. All 15 occupants were rescued, among them few were injured, some seriously.

Few minutes after its takeoff from Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi International Airport, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed for unknown reason in a wooded area located in Wat Khao Din, some 30 km southeast of Suvarnabhumi Airport. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all 9 occupants were killed. The airplane was on a service to the Island of Ko Mai Si.
