In unclear circumstances, the single engine airplane crashed after takeoff from Mandeng, South Sudan, coming to rest upside down in a marshy field. All four occupants were injured.

Few minutes after takeoff from the Pousada Amazônia Fisching Lodge Airstrip located at the border between Pará and Mato Grosso, while climbing, the twin engine airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a wooded area, bursting into flames. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and all five occupants were killed.

Few minutes after takeoff from Bogotá-Guaymaral Airport, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and declared an emergency. He attempted an emergency landing when the airplane nosed down and crashed on hilly and wooded terrain located in Yerbabuena, about 10 km northeast of Guaymaral Airport. All four occupants were injured and the airplane was destroyed. It was en route to La Macarena on an ambulance flight, carrying two pilots and a medical team.

The single engine airplane departed Nebraska City Airport on a flight to Billings, carrying six passengers and one pilot. While cruising at FL260, the pilot informed ATC he was losing control of the airplane that entered a dive and crashed in a dense wooded area located about 50 km north of the Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport located near Gillette. The airplane disintegrated and all seven occupants were killed, among them three members of the Southern Gospel band 'The Nelons'

Shortly after takeoff from Matupá Airport, while climbing, the airplane went out of control and crashed in a huge explosion in an eucalyptus plantation. The airplane was totally destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and both occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Derzhavinsk, the pilot was forced to attempt an emergency landing due to technical reasons. The airplane crash landed in a field and came to rest, bursting into flames. The pilot escaped uninjured and the airplane was totally destroyed by fire. The pilot, sole on board, was completing a technical flight.

Apparently engaged in an illegal mission, the twin engine airplane crashed in unknown circumstances in a plantation located in the region of Chaparral, State of Portuguesa, Venezuela. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and both occupants were killed. The registration may be false.

The airplane departed Lukhovitsy-Tretyakovo Airport at 1452LT on a ferry flight to Moscow-Vnukovo Airport, carrying a crew of three. About eight minutes after takeoff, it entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in an almost vertical attitude in a dense wooded area located near the village of Bokovo-Akulovo, some 37 km northwest of Tretyakovo Airport. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all three crew members were killed. The airplane was ferried back to Moscow following a maintenance program at Tretyakovo Airport.

At 1344LT, the single engine airplane departed Oneonta-Albert S. Nader Airport runway 06/24 on a private flight to Charleston-Yaeger Airport, West Virginie. About 12 minutes after takeoff, while climbing to FL090, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in the area of Masonville, about 40 km southwest of Oneonta Airport. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed.

The single engine airplane departed Pensacola Regional Airport, Florida, on a private flight to Batesville, Arkansas, with two people on board. About 1,5 hour into the flight, while cruising at an altitude of 28,000 feet, the pilot initiated a descent when control was lost. The airplane crashed in an open field located southeast of Marianna and was destroyed. Both occupants were killed.
