Cessna 208B Grand Caravan

Shortly after takeoff from runway 04L at Honolulu-Daniel K. Inouye Airport, while climbing, the single engine airplane entered a left bank instead initiating a right turn as instructed by ATC. The airplane then descended into the ground and crashed on a vacant building, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed and both occupants were killed.

Few minutes after its takeoff from Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi International Airport, the single engine airplane went out of control and crashed for unknown reason in a wooded area located in Wat Khao Din, some 30 km southeast of Suvarnabhumi Airport. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all 9 occupants were killed. The airplane was on a service to the Island of Ko Mai Si.

In unclear circumstances, the single engine airplane crashed after takeoff from Mandeng, South Sudan, coming to rest upside down in a marshy field. All four occupants were injured.

The single engine airplane was returning to its base at Youngstown-Windsor Airfield following a local skydiving mission. On approach to the grassy runway, the airplane went out of control, impacted a road and crashed below in a pasture. The airplane was totally destroyed and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.

The pilot, sole on board, was returning to his base at Spa-La Sauvenière Airport following a skydiving flight. On final approach to runway 05, the engine failed according to an eyewitness. The airplane floated over the runway then made a turn to the right and crashed in a grassy area. The pilot was injured.

After takeoff from runway 31 at Belo Horizonte-Pampulha-Carlos Drummond de Andrade Airport, the single engine airplane followed a steep climb then entered a right turn when it started to lose altitude. It continued in a right turn descent configuration, apparently to reach runway 13, when it rolled to the left, impacted the ground and crashed in a grassy area located south of runway 13 threshold, bursting into flames. The passenger, a technician external to the Police Department, was injured while both pilots were killed. The airplane was totally destroyed by a post impact fire.

After landing on the airfield of Tchambogo located east of the village of Katchungu, the single engine airplane went out of control, hit a small house, lost its right wing and crashed, bursting into flames. The pilot was rescued and the captain was killed. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire.

After takeoff from Lizard Island Airport, the crew continued to climb until he reached the altitude of 4,000 feet. Due to an engine malfunction, the crew decided to return to Lizard Island Airport but the airplane overshot and crashed, coming to rest upside down. All 10 occupants were injured and evacuated.

Shortly after takeoff from Kiunga Airstrip, while in initial climb, the single engine airplane collided with electric wires and crashed near small houses, bursting into flames. All 10 occupants escaped with minor injuries and the airplane was totally destroyed by a post crash fire. All eight passengers were officers of the Kenyan Police returning to Nairobi.

The single engine airplane departed Asunción-Silvio Pettirossi Airport on a flight to a private airstrip deserving Rancho Rosavilla, northwest Paraguay (22° 00' 24.0" S 61° 51' 54.0" W). There were five passengers and two pilots on board. After landing on a dirt runway, the airplane veered off runway and came to rest against trees. All seven occupants were injured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.
