Circumstances:
While flying at a height of 150 meters, the engine failed. The pilot was able to restart it but the aircraft lost height, contacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located in Sikmarö. The aircraft was destroyed while all four occupants were injured.

Probable cause:
It was determined that the engine failure was caused by a fuel exhaustion because the fuel selector was connected to an empty fuel tank. At the time of the accident, sufficient fuel remained in an other fuel tank but for unknown reason, the pilot forgot to change the fuel selector in due time.

The single engine aircraft crashed in unknown circumstances while approaching the Round Island Lake. All three occupants were killed. The wreckage was recovered in November 1992 and transferred to the Canadian Bush Plane Heritage in Sault St. Marie, Ontario.

Circumstances:
While flying at low height, the single engine aircraft hit trees and crashed in a jungle located near Mae Yen. As the aircraft failed to arrive in Mae Hong Son, SAR operations were conducted but eventually suspended few days later as no trace of the aircraft nor the six occupants was found. The wreckage was localized by walkers in October 1953 in an isolated area.
Probable cause:
It is believed that the pilot was flying at an insufficient speed which caused the aircraft to stall and to crash. This was probably due to a lack of vigilance and concentration.

On touchdown, the single engine airplane hit rocks and came to rest. All five occupants were uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

While trying to land near Lake Gavnevann, the aircraft hit the ground, overturned and came to rest upside down. All four occupants were rescued few hours later and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
