The crew was completing a local training exercise at RAF Waddington with a crew of seven on board. For unknown reasons, the airplane landed at too high a speed. After touchdown, it was unable to stop within the remaining distance, overran, lost its undercarriage and came to rest. All seven crew members escaped uninjured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The crew departed RAF Upwood on a low level training exercise, between 500 and 600 feet. Approaching the city of Birmingham in poor visibility, the airplane collided with the cable of a barrage balloon. Upon impact, the right wing was severed and the airplane entered a dive before crashing in Bearwood, in the suburb of Birmingham. All three crew members were killed.

The crew was engaged in a night training exercise out from RAF Warboys. While taxiing for takeoff, the airplane collided with a parked Blenheim registered L6808 and came to a halt. The airplane was damaged beyond repair and both crew members were uninjured. The second airplane involved in the collision was repaired and returned to service.

The crew departed RAF Great Massingham at 1050LT for a formation flying exercise. After takeoff, he lagged behind the rest of the flight and at an altitude of 800 feet, the airplane was seen to turn back to towards the airfield. Moments later, the Boston banked steeply and crashed at 1100LT and crashed into a wood located southeast of Flitcham. All three crew members were killed.
