The airplane departed RAF Wyton in the evening of May 10 on an operation to Berlin. Shortly after midnight, while passing over the Netherlands, it was shot down by a German fighter and crashed in Hoogwoud. All seven crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Wyton in the evening of April 24 on an operation to Kiel. It was abandoned by the crew after he failed to obtain a response from a call asking for landing instructions. The Wellington crashed at Sand Hutton and was destroyed. All six crew members were rescued, among them one was injured.

The Wellington crashed at 0315LT just to the north of Clanchwarton Station, two miles west of King's Lynn. All six crew members were uninjured.

The airplane departed RAF Wyton at 2135LT on an operation to Hanover. While flying over the Netherlands at night, the bomber was attacked by the pilot of a German fighter. The pilot attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crashed in the IJssel some 15 km west of Kampen. Five crew members were rescued and became PolW while a sixth occupant was killed.
