Circumstances:
The single engine airplane departed Borkum Airport in the early afternoon on a local skydiving mission. At an altitude of 14,000 feet, the skydivers jumped out the cabin then the pilot reduced his altitude and returned to Norderney Airport. On approach, control was lost and the airplane crashed in the sea of Wadden, about 4 km southeast of the airfield. The aircraft was destroyed and the pilot was killed.

Circumstances:
The single engine aircraft departed Kiel-Holtenau Airport in the morning, carrying two passengers and two pilots, bound for Rotenburg, Lower Saxony, where two additional passengers should embark before continuing to Friedrichshafen to take part to the Aero 2013 Airshow. On approach to Rotenburg-Wümme Airport, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with a cloud base at 500 feet and a visibility limited to 2 km. On final approach, the aircraft impacted ground and came to rest in an open field, bursting into flames. The burnt wreckage was found 2,3 km short of runway 08 and 570 metres to the left of its extended centerline. The aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire and all four occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
The accident was due to the fact that:
- Despite inadequate weather conditions, the crew decided to continue the approach under VFR mode and thus the approach to the ground could not be recognized in time,
- Due to insufficient situational awareness of the pilots, the descent was not canceled in time.

Circumstances:
During the takeoff roll from runway 25 at Hildesheim Airport, the twin engine aircraft accelerated slowly and lifted off from the mid-runway only. After takeoff, the climb gradient was low then the airplane lost height and descended until it impacted a wall and crashed in an industrial area located about 900 metres from the runway end, bursting into flames. The aircraft was totally destroyed and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.
Probable cause:
The accident was due to the fact that the aircraft did not gain altitude after takeoff, went into an uncontrolled flight condition and crashed. There was a high probability that a disturbance of the pilot's consciousness and a considerable reduced capacity of action from the pilot contributed to the accident.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a training flight in the region of Hanover. While flying at low altitude in the area of Frielendorf, passing from IFR to VFR mode, the aircraft collided with trees. The crew diverted to Wunstorf AFB where he landed safely. All occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair due to serious damages to tail and stabilizers.

Circumstances:
The single engine aircraft departed Wangerooge Island Airport on a private flight to Bremen, carrying four passengers and one pilot. Following a takeoff roll of about 300 metres from runway 28, the aircraft lifted off and entered a high angle of attack. It rolled to the left and crashed in a drainage ditch located about 340 metres from the departure point. All five occupants were injured and the aircraft was destroyed. Both people seating in the cockpit were seriously injured as the cockpit was destroyed by impact forces.
Probable cause:
The exact cause of the accident could not be determined with certainty due to the degree of destruction of the cockpit and because the aircraft was not fitted with CVR or DFDR systems. It was reported that the airplane took off after a course of 300 metres with flaps down to 10°. No technical anomalies were found on the aircraft and its equipments.
