Circumstances:
While starting its descent and flying at an altitude of 5,775 feet in poor weather conditions, the twin engine aircraft hit Mt Richmond located 21 km southeast of Nelson. All five occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Deviation from the prescribed flight path for unknown reasons. Low visibility due to bad weather conditions was considered as a contributory factor.

The twin engine airplane departed Weyburn on a flight to Winnipeg after collecting ferry pilots on completion of their duty. It was seen in the vicinity of MacGregor, where witnesses state evidence that engines were not operating properly. The airplane stalled and dove into the ground, killing all seven occupants.

Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane was engaged in a local instructional flight at RCAF Mountain View, Ontario. While completing landing circuits, it caught fire in the air. During the approach, the pilot noticed smoke coming from the cabin, and after landing taxied off the runway, shut off the engines and investigated for the cause of the smoke. Flames broke out anew which could not be extinguished. There were no injuries among the crew but the airplane was totally destroyed by fire.

The twin engine airplane departed Belgrade on a special mission to Athens, carrying six passengers and two crew members. While cruising at night, the crew encountered limited visibility when the airplane impacted the slope of Mt Olympus (2,918 metres) located northeast of Elassona. The wreckage was found few days later. All eight occupants were killed, among them the Serbian Historian Vladimir Ćorović who was going into exile in Greece due to the recent invasion of Yugoslavia. He was accompanied with other members of the Serbian Government and members of the Royal Family.
