Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft stalled and crashed some 200 metres past the runway end. There were no casualties and the aircraft was destroyed.
Probable cause:
The accident was caused by an engine failure shortly after rotation.

All occupants on board 0462 were killed while three crew members on boar 0463 survived.

Circumstances:
The crew was returning to his base in El Palomar (Buenos Aires) after taking part to an air bridge between the cities of Paso de los Libres and Uruguaiana, Rio Grande do Sul. While overflying the northwest region of Uruguay, the twin engine aircraft went out of control and crashed in an isolated area located near Itacumbú River, in the region of Tomás Gomensoro. The aircraft was totally destroyed and all nine occupants were killed, among them Eduardo Justo, the son of the Argentinian President Agustin P. Justo. The rest of the crew consisted of one colonel, three lieutenant-colonel, one major and one lieutenant.

Circumstances:
En route from RAF Mildenhall to RAF Tangmere at night, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with heavy rain falls. The airplane deviated from the prescribed routing and eventually went out of control and crashed in a field located in Stophan Bridge, west of Pulborough. All four crew members were killed. At the time of the accident, the airplane was off course by 100 miles, probably after the pilot got lost in poor weather conditions.
