Circumstances:
The crew was performing a flight from Lyon-Bron to Marseille-Marginane on behalf of the Reconnaissance Group II/35 based in Lyon-Bron. While overflying the Perdrialon Valley, the aircraft went out of control and crashed in Bathernay, some 30 km north of Valence, Drôme. All five crewmen were killed.

While completing a night exercice, the float plane crashed in unknown circumstances into the sea off Kaena Point, Lanai Island. Two crew members were rescued and five others were killed. Weather conditions were marginal at the time of the accident.

Circumstances:
The float plane departed Pembroke Dock on an exercice off Britain, carrying five crew members and one journalist who was covering the manoeuvres of the squadron. In the early morning, while flying in poor visibility due to mist, the aircraft descended too low, impacted the water surface, exploded and sank, less than a mile from the British cargo named 'Consett'. Quickly on site, approximately 20 NM southwest of Ushant (Ouessant Island), the crew of the cargo found few debris and the dead body of the passenger.
