Circumstances:
The twin engine airplane crashed in unknown circumstances some 15 minutes after takeoff from Tirana Airport. All three crew members were killed. First registered I-ORSA by Ala Littoria then MM60426 by Regia Aeronautica.

The crew encountered poor weather conditions and due to fuel exhaustion, bailed out and abandoned the airplane that dove into the ground and crashed 10 miles south of Lake Salvador. The airplane was destroyed and both occupants were uninjured.
