The airplane was engaged in a bombing practice mission and crashed in unknown circumstances near the King's Lynn railway station. The pilot was injured and the wireless operator was killed.

The airplane departed RAF Dishforth at 2208LT on August 6 on an operation to Frankfurt. While returning to base the following night, the crew encountered severe icing conditions. The airplane was abandoned by the crew over Swanton Morley Airfield then crashed in Bradenham. All five crew members escaped uninjured.

The airplane departed RAF Waddington at 2235LT on an operation to Calais. The crew encountered poor weather conditions over East Anglia and decided to return to base. While flying too low, the airplane clipped the tops of trees and crashed just inside the perimeter of the Barton Bendish RLG located near RAF Marham. All four crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Driffield at 2235LT on August 5 on an operation to Saarbrücken. Over the target area, it was hit by the German Flak but the crew was able to evacuate the area and to return to England. The pilot diverted to RAF Horsham St Faith (Norwich) where the airplane crashed upon landing. All six crew members were uninjured.

Following a training exercise, the airplane crashed upon landing at RAF Horsham St Faith (Norwich). All three crew members escaped uninjured.

The airplane departed RAF Great Massingham at 1125LT on an anti-shipping operation. It was damaged by enemy fire and the crew was able to return to base where the airplane crashed upon landing. All three crew members were injured.

The airplane departed RAF Marham at 2228LT on an operation to Hannover. Due to severe turbulence and partial instrument failure, the crew decided to divert to RAF Rackheath then four crew members bailed out. On final approach to RAF Rackheath, the airplane went out of control and crashed less than 2 km from the airfield. Both pilots were killed.

The crew was engaged in a local training exercise at RAF Swanton Morley when the airplane collided with a second Bristol Blenheim registered P6954 and carrying a crew of three. Both airplanes crashed in the vicinity of the airbase and were destroyed. Both crew were injured while two crew members were killed and a third was injured in the second airplane.
