Shortly after takeoff from McKinney Airport, while in initial climb, the twin engine airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed inverted in a quarry, bursting into flames. Two people were killed and a third occupant was seriously injured. It is believed that the pilot encountered engine problems shortly after departure.

All three occupants were injured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair. It was officially registered N2072 and the registration NC2072 was on the fuselage.

Shortly after takeoff from Chino Airport runway 21, while climbing, the twin engine airplane rolled to the left, descended to the ground and crashed in a grassy area, bursting into flames. Both occupants were fatally injured. The airplane was operated on behalf of the Yanks Air Museum.

Unable to stop within the remaining distance, the airplane overran, rolled into soft ground and came to rest. A fire broke out on the right side of the airplane and was quickly extinguished. All 85 occupants were evacuated, among them 10 were injured. The airplane was supposed to fly to Bamako on behalf of Air Sénégal.

The crew continued the approach and was cleared to land on runway 24. After touchdown, the crew started the braking procedure and activated the right reverser when the airplane veered off runway to the right and came into soft ground. The nose gear collapsed and the airplane came to rest. There were no injuries among the occupants.
