The airplane departed Cascavel Airport at 1158LT on a schedule service (flight PTB2283) to São Paulo-Guarulhos Airport, carrying 58 passengers and a crew of four. While flying at FL170, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a relative flat attitude in a private garden, nearby a villa located in the city of Capela, west of Vinhedo, some 69 km northwest of Guarulhos Airport. A fire erupted after the crash. All 62 occupants have been killed. Significant variations were noted with the aircraft' speed during the entire flight, while the altitude remained stable until the loss of control. Severe icing conditions were reported between FL120 and FL210.

The twin engine airplane was on a charter flight from Coyhaique to Chile Chico, carrying six passengers and one pilot. Halfway into the flight, the airplane impacted the slope of a mountain located northwest of Las Horquetas, Aysén Region. The wreckage was found in the afternoon on the slope of Cerro Aislado. All seven occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Matupá Airport, while climbing, the airplane went out of control and crashed in a huge explosion in an eucalyptus plantation. The airplane was totally destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and both occupants were killed.

Apparently engaged in an illegal mission, the twin engine airplane crashed in unknown circumstances in a plantation located in the region of Chaparral, State of Portuguesa, Venezuela. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and both occupants were killed. The registration may be false.

After takeoff from Sorriso-Aero Agro Airfield, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and apparently elected to return to the airport. The airplane entered an uncontrolled descent in a right turn then crashed in a dense wooded area located southeast of the city of Sorriso, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed and both occupants were killed.

About 12 minutes after takeoff from Maracaibo-La Chinita Airport, while flying at an altitude of 10,000 feet, the twin engine airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed into Lake Maracaibo. The airplane disintegrated on impact and all 8 occupants were killed. The flight was en route to Porlamar-Del Caribe-General en Jefe Santiago Mariño Airport when the accident occurred.

The pilot was approaching Puerto Cabello-Bartolomé Salom Airport when he encountered technical problems. The twin engine airplane crash landed in the lagoon of La Salina located less than 2 km north of the airport. Two passengers were killed and three other occupants were injured.

The landing at Erechim-Comandante Kraemer Airport Runway 14 was performed in heavy rain falls. After touchdown, the crew started the braking procedure but the airplane failed to stop within the remaining distance. It overran, passed through a small road and lost its undercarriage before coming to rest in an open field. All five occupants were rescued, among them four were slightly injured.

The twin engine airplane departed Montería-Los Garzones Airport on an ambulance flight to Medellín, carrying two pilots, a doctor and a nurse. About 30 minutes into the flight, while cruising at an altitude of 19,000 feet, the airplane initiated a descent and the speed started to decrease until it stalled and crashed in a prairie, bursting into flames. All four occupants were killed.

After takeoff from runway 31 at Belo Horizonte-Pampulha-Carlos Drummond de Andrade Airport, the single engine airplane followed a steep climb then entered a right turn when it started to lose altitude. It continued in a right turn descent configuration, apparently to reach runway 13, when it rolled to the left, impacted the ground and crashed in a grassy area located south of runway 13 threshold, bursting into flames. The passenger, a technician external to the Police Department, was injured while both pilots were killed. The airplane was totally destroyed by a post impact fire.
