Circumstances:
The twin engine aircraft was performing a flight to Iwakuni AFB when it hit the slope of a mountain located about 30 km southeast of Niihama. All three crew members were killed.

After landing at Chongju AFB, while decelerating, the aircraft collided with a truck that was crossing the runway. The aircraft came to rest and all 15 occupants were injured. The truck's driver was killed.

Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from runway 31 at Daegu Airport, while in initial climb, the four engine aircraft hit the slope of a mountain facing the airport and located 4,5 km northwest of the airfield. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact and all four crew members were killed. For unknown reason, the airplane was unable to gain sufficient height after rotation.
