Circumstances:
The crew departed Glasgow at the end of the afternoon on a cargo flight to Campbelltown with a load of movie spools on board. En route, weather conditions deteriorated and the crew decided to return to Glasgow. While cruising too low in poor visibility, the three engine airplane impacted the slope of Mt Stake located near Largs, Ayrshire. Both pilots were slightly injured while the aircraft was destroyed. The crew was able to walk away to find help.

Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from Blackpool-Stanley Park Airport, while climbing, the three engine aircraft hit a hangar and crashed, bursting into flames. Both occupants were killed.

Probable cause:
Takeoff was completed in thick fog so the visibility was near zero. After rotation, the aircraft became off course maybe after the pilot suffered a spatial disorientation.

Circumstances:
The takeoff was delayed due to two passengers who arrived late at the airport. At 0545LT, the three engine airplane named 'Nis' departed Ljubljana on a flight to Susak which was the final leg of a flight from Belgrade to Susak with intermediate stops in Zagreb and Ljubljana. While climbing in limited visibility due to fog, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed five minutes after takeoff in Hrušica, some 55 km northwest of the city of Ljubljana. All seven occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The aircraft was performing a cargo flight from Paris-Le Bourget to Croydon, carrying two crew members and a load of newspapers. While overflying The Channel, all three engines lost power. The pilot reduced his altitude and elected to ditch the aircraft some 13 km northwest of Le Tréport. Both occupants were quickly rescued by the crew of a fishing vessel and the aircraft sank five minutes after they got rescued.

Power loss on all three engine for undetermined reasons.
