Circumstances:
The aircraft was performing a military mail flight from Langenlebarn Airbase located northwest of Vienna to Rome, Italy, with intermediate stops in Udine and Venice, with three passengers and two pilots on board. After passing over Klagenfurt, south Austria, the crew encountered poor weather conditions and entered by mistake into the Yugoslav airspace. Shortly later, the aircraft was shot down by the pilot (Vladimir Vodopivec) of a Yugoslav Air Force Yakovlev Yak-3. Out of control, the aircraft dove into the ground and crashed in a field located near Bled, killing all five occupants. The registration 42-93450 is not confirmed.
Probable cause:
Shot down by the pilot of a Yugoslav Air Force fighter following the violation of the Yugoslav airspace.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Vergiate Airport, north of Milan, on a delivery flight to Romania, carrying three crew members. While cruising over Slovenia, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with heavy snow falls. The airplane impacted the slope of a mountain located near Pokljuka, north of Slovenia. All three occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The takeoff was delayed due to two passengers who arrived late at the airport. At 0545LT, the three engine airplane named 'Nis' departed Ljubljana on a flight to Susak which was the final leg of a flight from Belgrade to Susak with intermediate stops in Zagreb and Ljubljana. While climbing in limited visibility due to fog, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed five minutes after takeoff in Hrušica, some 55 km northwest of the city of Ljubljana. All seven occupants were killed.
