The crew was performing a local training flight at RAF Wigsley. On final approach, one of the engine failed. The airplane stalled and crashed few hundred metres short of runway. All six crew members escaped uninjured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

After landing at RAF Wigsley, the aircraft skidded on runway, veered off and eventually collided with trees. All occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
The loss of control after touchdown was caused by the failure of the braking system.

The crew was returning to base (RAF Wigsley) while performing a training exercise. Just after liftoff from RAF Talbenny, while in initial climb, the airplane stalled and crashed near the runway end. All seven crew members were injured while the aircraft was destroyed.

For unknown reasons, the crew missed the approach and the aircraft landed very hard. Upon touchdown, all landing gears were torn off and the airplane slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. While all seven crew members escaped unhurt, the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

After landing, it went out of control and crashed on the top of an Avro 683 Lancaster I registered R5550 that just landed with a crew of five on board. On board L7385, two were killed and three were injured. On board R5550, three were killed and two were injured.
