After touchdown on wet runway 24 at Summerville Airport, the airplane is believed to have hydroplaned. Unable to stop within the remaining distance (runway 24 is 5,000 feet long), it overran and came to rest against a berm, bursting into flames. All five occupants evacuated safely while the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire.

Shortly after takeoff from runway 26 (3 km long), while in initial climb, the airplane went out of control and crashed on a grassy embankment, bursting into flames. Both crew members were killed. It was reported that the crew was completing a training operation jointly with the German Air Traffic Control Center.

Upon touchdown, the single engine airplane went out of control, lost its left wing and engine before coming to rest upside down in a grassy area. The crew departed Kajjansi Airfield on a positioning flight to Mweya to pick up passengers to Entebbe.

The airplane departed Jakarta-Halim Perdanakusuma Airport on a charter flight to Maleo, carrying four passengers and four crew members. Following an uneventful flight at FL390, the crew started the descent to Maleo-Morowali Airport Runway 23. After touchdown, the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance, overran, rolled for about 200 metres and came to rest against a wooded hill. All eight occupants evacuated safely, among them four Chinese passengers. The crew consisted of two pilots, one stewardess and one technician. Runway 05/23 at Maleo Airport is 1,000 metres long. It is believed that the airplane was operated by Lionair Charter Division.

On short final, he lost control of the airplane that crashed within the airport boundary. The pilot was seriously injured and the airplane was destroyed.

The crew was completing a positioning flight from Nashville International Airport. After landing on runway 32 at Monmouth Airport, the crew started the braking procedure when the airplane deviated from the runway centerline to the left. It veered off runway to the left, crossed the parallel taxiway, lost its left main gain and nose gear and eventually came to rest perpendicular to the runway. Both pilots escaped uninjured. Referring to the photos, it appears that only the left reverser deployed.

Shortly after takeoff from runway 18 at Little Rock-Bill & Hillary Clinton (Adams Field) Airport, while in initial climb in marginal weather conditions, the twin engine airplane went out of control and crashed in a wooded area located about 1,500 metres past the runway end, near a stone quarry, bursting into flames. The airplane was totally destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and all five occupants were killed. Employees of the CTEH Company, they were en route to Columbus responding to an emergency response plan. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were marginal with a visibility of 2 SM due to rain. Four minutes prior to the accident, the wind was 19 knots gusting to 27 knots and five minutes after the accident, the wind was gusting to 40 knots.
