Circumstances:
The pilot was performing an ambulance flight from Östersund to Umeå with one patient on board, an accompanist and two doctors. While approaching Umeå at night and in poor weather conditions, the single engine airplane impacted trees and crashed in a wooded area, bursting into flames. The wreckage was found in hilly terrain near Söfors, some 14 km northwest of Umeå Airport. All five occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
At 0400LT, the pilot completed several flights in the area of Ajikabul to perform spraying missions over cotton fields. He allowed two passengers to embark and made some tours before having lunch during which he has drunk vodka. Then, he took off again and while making a low pass, a horse was afraid and hurt a young boy aged 13-14. After landing, the pilot was informed of this and decided to transfer the boy to an hospital in Salyan. On approach to Salyan, the airplane was not properly aligned with the runway so the pilot initiated a go around when the aircraft stalled and crashed. The boy escaped unhurt, the accompanying person was slightly injured and the pilot was seriously wounded. He died from injuries sustained at the end of the afternoon.
Probable cause:
The pilot lost control of the airplane while initiating a go around procedure because the airplane' speed was insufficient.

The airplane departed Copenhagen-Kastrup on an ambulance flight with a crew of three on board. While cruising at night, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions. In low visibility due to heavy snow falls, the airplane crashed in a field located in Hømgård, some 5 km south of Ringsted. The aircraft was destroyed and all three crew members were killed. It was later understood that the crew was dispatched to search an airplane that was supposed to be missing in the region of Midtsjælland but no plane was found as this was a wrong information.

The crew departed his base at 1900LT on a rescue flight to Lake Winnipeg to assist another pilot of the company (Charlie Scarr) who was forced to make an emergency landing following technical problems. The aircraft failed to arrive at destination and crashed into Lake Winnipeg. SAR operations were initiated and the wreckage was found eight days later, on August 25. The aircraft was destroyed and both occupants were killed. It is believed that the crew encountered poor weather conditions over the area of destination.
