Circumstances:
On final approach to Durango-Guadalupe Victoria Airport following an uneventful flight from San Luis Potosí, the twin engine airplane was unstable. The crew decided to make a sudden descent below the minimum descent altitude without visual contact with the runway, resulting in an initial impact with the runway surface and subsequently with an open drainage ditch located between runway 03/21 and taxiway 'A'. The airplane came to rest upside and burst into flames. One pilot was seriously injured and the second occupant was killed.
Probable cause:
Poor management by the flight crew: of the approach and multiple deviations from operational procedures, due to a lack of training, which placed the aircraft in an unsafe situation and resulted in an unstabilised approach. They decided to make a sudden descent below the minimum descent altitude without visual contact with the runway, resulting in an initial impact with the runway surface and subsequently with an open drainage channel between runway 03/21 and taxiway "A," which stopped the movement.
The following contributing factors were identified:
- Lack of training and operational supervision of the flight crew,
- Lack of a formal operational safety program,
- Abrupt changes in the attitude and heading of the aircraft,
- Poor management of cockpit resources,
- Inadequate decision-making by not performing a missed approach,
- Presence of an drainage ditch located between runway 03/21 and taxiway 'A',
- Lack of supervision by the Federal Civil Aviation Agency of the flight operations of aircraft with foreign registration.

Circumstances:
The aircraft departed Santiago de Querétaro Airport on a night cargo flight to Laredo, Texas, carrying two pilots and a load consisting of automotive parts. En route, the crew encountered engine problems and was clearted to divert to San Luis Potosí-Ponciano Arriaga Airport for an emergency landing. On approach, the crew realized he could not make it and decided to attempt an forced landing. The airplane struck the ground, lost its undercarriage and came to rest in an agricultural area located in Peñasco, about 6 km northeast of runway 14 threshold. The left wing was bent and partially torn off. Both crew members escaped with minor injuries and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

The twin engine aircraft departed San Luis Potosí on a flight to Torreón with an intermediate stop in Ciudad Victoria, carrying five passengers and one pilot. At the end of the afternoon, while descending to Ciudad Victoria Airport, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions. Too low, the aircraft impacted trees and crashed in a hilly terrain located near Conrado Castillo. The wreckage was found the following morning about 60 km northwest of Ciudad Victoria Airport. The aircraft disintegrated on impact and all six occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
Following an uneventful flight from San Luis Potosí, the crew was cleared to the MATEO VOR and for an ILS/DME approach to runway 05R at Mexico-Benito Juarez Intl Airport, then was instructed by ATC to increase their speed to 220 knots. The Learjet was trailing a Boeing 767-300 (Mexicana Flight 1692 from Buenos Aires), which was instructed to decrease speed to 160 knots to maintain separation with a preceding Airbus A318. At 18:41 a further instruction was given to slow down to an indicated airspeed of 150 knots. At 18:42 the Boeing 767 crossed MATEO VOR at a ground speed of 224 knots. The Learjet was following at 8 nautical miles (NM) at a ground speed of 272 knots. At 18:44 the controller instructed Mexicana Flight 1692 to slow down to the minimum approach speed. At that time, the Learjet 45 was crossing the MATEO VOR with a ground speed of 262 knots, approximately 5.7 NM behind. The controller then instructed the Learjet crew to reduce their airspeed to 180 knots. This was acknowledged but it took 16 seconds for the crew to take action. Separation between the Boeing 767 and Learjet had decreased to 3.8 NM and the Learjet entered the wake turbulence of the 767. Control was lost and the aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent, crashing on the Monte Pelvoux and Ferrocarril de Cuernavaca Avenues. The aircraft disintegrated on impact and all 9 occupants were killed as well as 7 people on the ground. Some buildings were damaged, about 20 cars were destroyed and 40 people on the ground were injured, some seriously. Among the passengers were:

Probable cause:
Loss of control at low altitude and subsequent impact of the aircraft with the ground after it encountered wake turbulence caused by a preceding aircraft.
The following contributing factors were identified:
- Lack of adequate crew training on Learjet 45,
- Delay of the crew to reduce the approach speed,
- Lack of Air Traffic Control to correct the excessive approach speed of the aircraft,
- Fatigue accumulated by ATC,
- Grant of flight capacity, administrative problems and probable corruption,
- Insufficient monitoring of the aircraft operator to provide maintenance and operation.

Circumstances:
The crew started the approach to Monterrey-Del Norte Airport and was cleared to descend to 5,000 feet. Weather conditions were poor with rain falls and limited visibility due to fog. For unknown reasons, the crew continued the descent below 5,000 feet when the aircraft struck the slope of Mt Cerro de Las Mitras located about 22 km from the airport. The aircraft was destroyed and all three occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Controlled flight into terrain after the crew failed to maintain the minimum safe altitude of 5,000 feet instructed by ATC. Lack of visibility due to poor weather conditions was a contributing factor.
