Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Bircham Newton at 1255LT on a reconnaissance mission over the IJsselmeer Lake. Approaching the Dutch coast, it was shot down by the pilot of a German fighter and crashed into the sea off Egmond aan Zee. All three crew members were killed.

While performing a maritime patrol flight over the North Sea, the twin engine aircraft collided with a German fighter Bf.110. Both aircraft went out of control and crashed some 112 km north of Texel, in The Netherlands. All six crewmen in both aircraft were killed.

The crew was completing a maritime patrol flight over The Channel. While cruising in poor weather conditions at night, both engines failed, forcing the pilot to ditch the aircraft off Calais. All four crewmen were rescued while the aircraft sank and was lost.

Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a local bombing exercice in the vicinity of the RAF Bircham Newton, in formation with four other similar airplanes. At the end of the exercise, the crew was returning to his base when the propeller blades of an Avro flying in a upper position from the K6210 impacted its tail. Out of control, K6210 entered a spin and crashed in a field located 1,5 km from the airport. All three crew members were killed while all other aircraft landed safely.
