Circumstances:
During the takeoff roll at Ataq Airport, the aircraft collided with goats, damaging the undercarriage. The departure was no interrupted and the crew continued the flight to Aden. On approach to Khormaksar, the undercarriage could not be lowered and the captain decided to perform a belly landing. After touchdown, the aircraft slid for dozen yards before coming to rest. There were no injuries but the aircraft was considered as damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
Collision with goats during takeoff roll, damaging the undercarriage.

Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a supply mission to RAF troops based in the Cameron Highlands, on behalf of the 48th Squadron. En route, weather conditions deteriorated and the captain cancelled the dropping mission and elected to return to his base. At an altitude of 1,500 feet over mountainous terrain, he initiated a turn to the left when the aircraft stalled and crashed in a dense wooded area. The aircraft was destroyed upon impact and all seven occupants have been killed.

Probable cause:
It is believed that the pilot did not realize his speed was insufficient while initiating a turn to the left, causing the aircraft to stall.

The crew was completing a supply mission on behalf of the 110th Squadron. After the load has been dropped, while at an altitude of 500 feet, the aircraft was facing a mountain and the pilot made a sharp turn to the left when the aircraft stalled and crashed. The wreckage was found few days later and all nine crew members were killed.
Probable cause:
It was determined that the crew misjudged the distance with the ground, forcing the pilot to attempt a sharp turn to avoid collision. Investigations determined that the aircraft's speed was too low during the last turn, causing the airplane to stall and to crash.

On behalf of the 48th Squadron, the crew was completing a supply mission to the 22nd SAS based in the Cameron Highlands. Following an uneventful dropping mission, the pilot-in-command elected to leave the area and attempted a turn to the right when the right wing struck a tree. Out of control, the airplane crashed in a wooded area. The wreckage was found few hours later and all seven crew members have been killed.
Probable cause:
It was determined that the aircraft speed and altitude were to low at the time of the accident, apparently following a error on part of the pilot-in-command who misjudged the distance between the aircraft and the ground obstacles (trees).

Propeller blades failure and loss of engine power after takeoff.
