Following an uneventful flight from Heho, the aircraft bounced six times upon landing on runway 20. The final touchdown was reported some 1,500 feet past its threshold. The last bounce was very rough so the nose gear collapsed. The aircraft the skidded on runway and overran. On soft ground, both main landing gears collapsed and the aircraft hit a sand pile before coming to rest. while all 54 occupants escaped uninjured, the aircraft was damaged beyond repair as some blade of the right engine penetrated the fuselage after they hit the sand pile. It appears that the copilot was the PIC at the time of the accident.

Following an uneventful flight from Yangon, the crew completed the approach to Sittwe Airport in poor weather conditions. The aircraft landed hard on runway 11, causing the right main gear to collapse. The right wing struck the ground and was partially sheared off. The aircraft went out of control, veered off runway to the left and came to rest against a fence. Three occupants, among them the captain, were slightly injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair. At the time of the accident, the runway threshold and edge lights as well as the VASIS were unserviceable.

The aircraft was completing a cargo flight from Yangon to Sittwe, carrying four passengers, four crew members and a load of construction materials. The descent to Sittwe Airport was initiated in marginal weather conditions with limited visibility due to low clouds. Following a radio contact with ATC, the pilot reported 3,500 feet on approach. Shortly later, the aircraft struck the slope of a hill (270 metres high) located 12 km short of runway 29. The aircraft was destroyed and all eight occupants were killed.

After takeoff from runway 02, while in initial climb, the right engine apparently failed. The aircraft rolled to the right, lost height and struck a concrete wall. Out of control, it crashed, broken into several pieces and bursting into flames. A crew member and 15 passengers were killed. No technical anomalies were found on both engines, braking systems, tyres and landing gear.

The crew was completing a local training mission at Sandoway Airport. After touchdown on a wet runway due to heavy rain falls, the airplane went out of control, veered off runway and came to rest. All four crew members escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

For unknown reason, the airplane too far down the runway (about 450 meters past the runway threshold). After touchdown, unable to stop within the remaining distance, the airplane overran and came to rest few dozen meters further. All 43 occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Shortly after takeoff from Sandoway Airport, while climbing, the airplane went out of control and crashed into the sea (Gulf of Bengal). Three passengers were rescued while 28 other occupants were killed.

During the takeoff roll, the aircraft went out of control, skidded, veered off runway, lost its undercarriage and came to rest in flames into a ditch. There were no casualties but the aircraft was written off.

The crew was able to leave its departure point at 1007LT only because the runway was unserviceable due to heavy rain falls. Enroute, no further contact was made with the ground and the aircraft failed to arrive at Taungoo Airfield, the final destination. SAR operations were conducted and the wreckage and all five dead bodies were found a day later by two fishermen in the mouth of a river near Akyab.
