Circumstances:
The crew was performing a circular training flight at RAF Swinderby. Following a wrong approach configuration, the aircraft landed hard. All landing gears were sheared off and the aircraft slid for several yards before coming to rest. While the aircraft was damaged beyond repair, all seven crew members were uninjured.

The pilot misinterpreted the wind direction for the landing configuration.

The crew was performing a training mission at RAF Waddington. After landing, the aircraft failed to stop on the remaining runway, overrun, hit a hedge and came to rest in a field. While all seven crew members were unhurt, the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
En route, an engine caught fire, forcing the crew to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft eventually crash landed in a field located near Wingland. While the aircraft was destroyed by fire, all six crew members evacuated safely.

Circumstances:
The crew was engaged in a test flight. During the take off roll, the aircraft deviated to the left. The pilot tried to counteract but aircraft left runway to the left, crossed the tarmac and collided with two parked aircraft. A huge explosion occurred and all three aircraft were destroyed by fire. All three crew members were seriously injured.
Probable cause:
According to the RAF, a leading edge slat broke on left wing during the take off roll, affecting control capability of the aircraft that veered off runway.

The crew was involved in a training flight. While cruising at an estimated altitude of 800 feet, the aircraft went out of control and dove into the ground. All five occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The crew departed RAF Upwood on a navigation exercise. En route, one of the engine failed due to fuel starvation and the crew diverted to RAF Sutton Bridge. On short final, the undercarriage collided with a raised bank and was torn off. The airplane crash landed and was damaged beyond repair. All three crew members were injured.

Probable cause:
The pilot had taken off with the fuel cocks in the wrong position, causing an engine to fail in flight due to fuel starvation. Due to a too low approach, the airplane collided with a raised bank on short final, causing the undercarriage to be torn off.

Circumstances:
During the takeoff roll at RAF Manby, the twin engine airplane swerved on runway, lost its undercarriage and came to rest, bursting into flames. The entire crew escaped uninjured and the airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire.

It is believed that the loss of control was the consequence of an error on part of the pilot who failed to use the rudder to check a swing which developed during takeoff.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Bottesford on a training exercise. While cruising in the vicinity of RAF Waddington, it collided with a RAF Miles Master registered DE973 carrying one pilot from RAF College Cranwell. Following the collision, both airplanes dove into the ground and crashed near Bracebridge Heath, north of the airbase. All five crew members in both aircrafts were killed.
