Circumstances:
After landing at RAF West Freugh, the crew encountered brakes difficulties. The pilot veered off runway when the left wing collided with the duty pilot's office. There were no casualties but the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
The aircraft overshot the runway and the brakes were ineffective because of the muddy ground.

On final approach to RAF Stradishall at night, the airplane impacted trees and crashed in a wooded area short of runway, bursting into flames. The aircraft was destroyed and both pilots were killed.

Crashed while landing on sea off the British coast. The crew was performing a training flight and elected to land near 'HMS Sheffield's'. The crew fate is unknown and the float plane capsized.
Probable cause:
The crew forgot to retract the landing gear while trying to land on sea.

Circumstances:
The crew departed RAF Upper Heyford on a bombing exercice over Carlisle. After a fuel stop at RAF Driffield, the crew continued to Kingstown. While cruising over the Pennines, the crew encountered poor weather conditions. The airplane descended too low until it impacted the slope of Mt Mickle Fell located 14 km west of Middleton-in-Teesdale. All three crew members were killed.
