Circumstances:
On approach to Lyon-Satolas Airport, the crew realized he was not properly aligned with the runway centerline and decided to initiate a go-around procedure. Power was added on both engines but the left engine failed to respond. The aircraft lost height and struck the runway surface with its left wing, bounced, overturned and came to rest upside down, bursting into flames. All 27 occupants were evacuated, among them nine were injured. The aircraft was destroyed.

Circumstances:
While cruising north of Rouen, the crew encountered poor weather and severe icing conditions. The aircraft went out of control and crashed in a field located north of Rouen, some 24 km southeast of Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. All four crew members were killed.

The airplane departed Rouen Airport on a reconnaissance mission when it was shot down by the pilot of a Me.109. It crash landed in a field located between Hiermont and Yvrench. All three crew members survived but one was seriously injured and died two months later.
