Circumstances:
The three engine airplane departed Tutow on a local exercice with seven crew members on board. While cruising in the vicinity of the airfield, the aircraft collided with a second Deutsche Luftwaffe Junkers JU.52/3mge registered S2+P10. Both aircraft crashed and were destroyed. All seven crew members on board S2+P09 were killed while the fate of the crew in the second aircraft remains unclear.

The crew was returning to his base in Pontejos following a bombing mission over positions in Asturias. En route, the airplane was shot down by antiaircraft fire and crashed in Santiurde de Toranzo, some 30 km southwest of Pontejos Airfield. All three crew members were killed.

While cruising at night, the three engine airplane was shot down by enemy fire. The seven occupants bailed out and abandoned the aircraft that dove into the ground and crashed in a field located near Sariñena. The aircraft was destroyed and all seven occupants were uninjured.

Shortly after takeoff, the engine n°1 & 3 failed. The crew attempted to make an emergency landing when, after touchdown, the airplane veered off runway and came to rest, bursting into flames. All occupants were evacuated while the aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire. A female passenger died few days later from injuries sustained.

Double engine failure after liftoff.
