Fokker Super Universal

Crashed in unknown circumstances in a mountainous area located near Suzuka. Occupant fate unknown.

Shortly after take off from Danip Airfield, the single aircraft stalled and crashed, killing all five occupants, among them the pilot Willy Schaffhausen.

After landing in the harbor of Thunder Bay (Port Arthur), the airplane collided with the motor launch named 'Gladys' and sank. There were no casualties.

En route, weather conditions worsened and the pilot decided to attempt an emergency landing. In snow falls, the aircraft hit the ground, lost its undercarriage and came to rest. There were no casualties and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Shortly after takeoff, while climbing, the float plane impacted a tree and crashed. There were no casualties.

The single engine airplane departed Tokyo-Haneda Airport at 0850LT on a local training flight, carrying three crew members. Weather conditions were marginal with a limited visibility caused by fog. Five minutes after takeoff, while completing an approach to Haneda Airport, the airplane collided with a Mitsubishi Ki-1 (Hanriot HD-14) that was also completing a local training flight out from Tokyo-Haneda Airport. Registered J-BIDH and operated by the Japan Flying School, the aircraft was carrying two pilots, one student and one instructor. Following the collision, the Mitsubishi dove into the ground and crashed onto a house located in the district of Morigasaki. Out of control, the Fokker crashed on the factory of the Yamamoto Rush Manufacturing Company also located in the district of Morigasaki, less than 3 km northwest of Haneda Airport. Both pilots on board the Mitsubishi were killed. All three crew on board the Fokker were killed as well as 80 people on the ground, most of them employees of the YRMC and/or locals who wanted to take part to rescue operations.

Crashed in unknown circumstances into the sea off Rebun Island. The pilot was rescued and the aircraft sank and was lost.

During the takeoff roll, the airplane went out of control, veered off runway and came to rest in a ravine. All seven occupants evacuated safely and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.

The pilot Henke was performing a cargo flight from Bogotá to Útica. En route, an engine failure forced the pilot to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft eventually crashed, killing the pilot.
