Circumstances:
While approaching the British coast, the airplane was shot down by the pilot of an RAF Spitfire and crashed into the sea near the Bell Rock Lighthouse, off the Tay Estuary. All four crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a local training exercise out from RAF Montrose. On final approach, the twin engine aircraft was too low, impacted the ground and crashed in a field. The pilot One pilot Dennis Samuel Martin Burrell was killed while the second was injured.

Circumstances:
After touchdown, the twin engine aircraft swerved and veered off runway, lost its undercarriage and came to rest in a grassy area. Both pilots escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a local training sortie out from RAF Montrose. While circling in the vicinity of the airfield, one of the engine failed. The crew attempted an emergency landing when the airplane collided with power cables and crashed in a field. Both pilots were injured.

Engine failure in flight.

Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff from RAF Leuchars, while climbing, the engine caught fire. The pilot lost control of the airplane that crashed in Binn Cottage, some 11 km northwest of RAF Leuchars, bursting into flames. The pilot was seriously injured and the aircraft was destroyed. Few hours later, the pilot F/O Rawdon Frank Gerald Salmond died from his injuries.
