Circumstances:
En route from Torreón to Mazatlán, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to fog when the aircraft impacted the slope of a mountain located in the Sierra de Durango, in the region of Durango. All three occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
The three engine airplane departed Mazatlán Airport at 1300LT on a schedule service to La Paz, Baja California, carrying five passengers and two crew members. Almost an hour into the flight, the airplane crashed in unknown circumstances into the Gulf of California. As the airplane failed to arrive at destination, SAR operations were initiated but no trace of the aircraft nor the seven occupants was ever found.

Circumstances:
The crew was completing a local test flight at Roosevelt Field. On Final approach, at a height of 300 feet, the aircraft suffered a structural failure and crashed short of runway, bursting into flames. The aircraft was destroyed and both crew members were killed.
Probable cause:
Loss of control due to a structural failure on final approach.

Shortly after takeoff from Glendale-Grand Central Airport, while in initial climb, one or two engine failed. Pilot attempted to make an emergency landing three miles of the airport. Upon landing, the aircraft overturned and came to rest upside down. All 10 occupants were slightly injured while the aircraft was destroyed.
Probable cause:
Engine failure due to gas-line stoppage.
