En route from Rome to Palermo, one of the engine failed. The crew apparently attempted an emergency landing when the airplane crashed onto several houses located in the center of the village of Roccagorga, bursting into flames. All four crew members were killed. Some locals attempted to rescue the crew when houses collapsed. Six rescuers and six residents were killed as well.

The three engine aircraft crashed in unknown circumstances in Civita Castellana, some 40 km north of Rome. A crew member survived while all five other occupants, among them the journalist Guido Stellingwerf, were killed.

Crashed shortly after takeoff from Rome-Urbe Airport. Both occupants were injured.

The crew was performing a training mission when the airplane crashed in unknown circumstances into the Tyrrhenian Sea some 15 km off the Ventotene Island. All five crew members were killed.

On 17 May 1932, the French ship named 'Georges Philippar' burned and sank in the Gulf of Aden. The survivors were evacuated to Brindisi and the French daily newspaper 'L'Excelsior' asked several pilots and crews to repatriate in France the couple Sarah Suzanne Picard and Alfred Lang-Willar, both friends of the French writer Albert Londres who died in this shipwreck. On the 25th of May 1932, both pilots Marcel Goulette and Lucien Moreau accepted to fly to Brindisi to repatriate this couple to Paris. En route, while flying east of Frosinone, the crew encountered low visibility due to mist and did not realized his altitude was too low. The airplane impacted the slope of Mt Ernici located near Veroli. SThe wreckage was found two days later and all four occupants were killed.

On final approach to Rome-Urbe Airport, at a height of about 120 metres and at a distance of 800 metres from the runway threshold, the pilot completed a turn when he lost control of the airplane that crashed in a field, bursting into flames. The aircraft named 'Justice for Hungary' was destroyed and both aviators György Endresz (pilot) and Julius Bittay (mechanic) were killed.

The aircraft departed London on a flight to Cairo, carrying four crew members. In Paris, one passenger, Colonel Thomas Edward Lawrence (awa Lawrence of Arabia) embarked to fly to Cairo after taking part to the 1919 Peace Conference in Paris. While approaching Rome-Centocelle Airport at dusk, the pilot encountered limited visibility and attempted a go-around procedure when the aircraft clipped a tree and crashed upside down. Both pilots were killed and three other occupants were injured.
