The single engine airplane departed Frankfurt Airport at 0825LT on an ambulance flight to Cologne, carrying one nurse and one pilot. About 35 minutes after takeoff, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to thick fog. He attempted an emergency landing when the airplane impacted trees and crashed in the forest of Frauenwald located near Idstein. The aircraft named 'Eiderente' was destroyed and both occupants were injured.

After passing Schlüchtern, Hesse, pilot followed the railway to the northeast when he encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. Between the villages of Elm and Hutten, the airplane hit a hilly terrain and crashed. The pilot and three passengers were killed while a fourth passenger (Mrs. Rücker) was seriously injured.

While approaching Frankfurt Airport following a mail flight from Kassel, the pilot encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft crash landed in a field located in Rödelheim, north of the airfield, and came to rest upside down. The pilot was uninjured and the airplane named 'Wasserhuhn' was damaged beyond repair.

The pilot was performing a flight from Essen-Mülheim to Frankfurt with an intermediate stop in Dortmund. Few minutes after takeoff from Dortmund-Wickede Airport, while cruising some 40 km south of Dortmund, the pilot encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. He decided to reduce his altitude and to attempt a precautionary landing in a field when the aircraft hit a cow, crashed and burned. The pilot Hoffmann and two passengers were killed while two other passengers were rescued by a local farmer, Mr. Hugo Kemper. The aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire and the cow was also killed.
