While on a night intruder mission over Pyongyang, the twin engine aircraft disappeared after a last contact with the crew at 2355LT. No trace of the aircraft nor the crew was ever found.

Circumstances:
The aircraft was engaged in a bombing mission over Pyongyang when it was hit by antiaircraft fire. Engines number three and four were hit and caught fire. Four crew members were able to bail out before the aircraft dove into the ground and crashed, killing all nine other occupants. The four survivors became PoW.

Circumstances:
The aircraft left Daegu Airport at 1920LT on April 26 on a bombing mission to Pyongyang-Mirim Airport, North Korea. While approaching the target area by night, the aircraft was shot down by antiaircraft fire and crashed, killing all four crew members.
