Circumstances:
The airplane named 'Kurmark' was engaged in a local test flight at Berlin-Staaken Airport. While cruising in the vicinity of the airfield, the pilot completed a low pass at high speed then initiated a climb to the left when the aircraft suffered a structural failure. The right wing partially separated then the aircraft partially disintegrated and crashed, bursting into flames. The four crew members were killed.

Probable cause:
It was determined that the accident was the consequence of a pilot error. He descended at high speed too close to the ground and then pulled up in a left turn, exceeding the permissible limit of stress.

The crew departed Berlin-Gatow to perform a local training flight on behalf of the Luftkriegsschule (LKS). On final approach, the airplane collided with a private Gotha Go.145 registered D-ININ and carrying one pilot. Both aircraft entered a dive and crashed near the airport, killing all three occupants.

It was determined that the private pilot on board the Gotha initiated a non standard approach, cutting the trajectory of the Junkers and causing the collision.

The airplane departed Stargard on a flight to Jüterbog-Altes Lager AFB, carrying three civilians and two crew members. En route, weather conditions deteriorated and the visibility was poor due to snow falls. While overflying the city of Berlin, the crew failed to realize his altitude was insufficient when the airplane collided with a powerline and crashed on a street located in the district of Berlin-Wedding. All five occupants were killed and few people on the ground were injured.

The single engine airplane departed Berlin-Tempelhof Airport at 1115LT on a local test flight, carrying five engineers and one pilot. About 15 minutes into the flight, while cruising over the city of Berlin, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed onto a house located in the district of Neukölln, bursting into flames. The wreckage was found about 3 km east of Tempelhof Airport. The house located 58 Lahnstrasse as well as the aircraft were totally destroyed. All six occupants on board the aircraft as well as two people in the house were killed.
