Parked on the main tarmac at Nyala Airport, the airplane was shot down by the Sudanese Army and exploded. It was totally destroyed and all 20 occupants (90 from other sources) were killed, two pilots and 18 military personnel from the UAE. The Sudanese Government suspected the airplane to be involved in an illegal transport of military equipment and personnel for the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

After landing on runway 09 at Fès-Saïss Airport, the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran, collided with a concrete wall located 168 metres past the runway end, lost its undercarriage and both wings then made a 180 turn and came to rest. All three crew members were injured and the airplane was destroyed.

While approaching El Fasher, the four engine airplane was shot down by rebels of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) and crashed. All eight crew members were killed.

The airplane was performing a cargo flight from Dhobley to Mogadishu with a crew of five on board. While on approach to Mogadishu-Aden Adde Airport, it crashed in unknown circumstances in Ceel Xabaalbow, some 24 km southwest from runway 05 threshold. The airplane was destroyed and all five occupants were killed.

Shortly after takeoff from Wadi Seidna AFB, in the suburb of Omdurman, northwest Khartoum area, the airplane went out of control and crashed in a residential area located near the airfield, bursting into flames. All 17 occupants were killed, among them Major General Bahr Ahmed, as well as 29 people on the ground. It is believed that the crew encountered technical problems after takeoff from the airbase.

While on a support mission within Sudan, the airplane entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in a desert area located in the region of Nyala, bursting into flames. The airplane was destroyed by a post crash fire and all seven crew members were killed. According to the Sudanese Authorities, the airplane may have been shot down by RSF rebels.

After landing on a dirt Runway 17 at N'Délé Airfield, the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran, lost its undercarriage and came to rest in bushes. All five crew members were rescued, among them two were slightly injured. The airplane was completing a humanitarian flight from Bangui on behalf of the United Nations Organization. It is believed that the airplane collided with a two metres high earth mound located short of runway, causing damage to the left main gear that collapsed after landing.

The airplane was chartered by the Greater Pioneer Operating Company (GPOC) to carry oil workers from the GPOC Unity Airfield to Juba. Shortly after takeoff, the airplane went out of control and crashed 500 metres from the airfield, coming to rest upside down. One passenger survived while 20 other occupants were killed.

The airplane departed Goma on a cargo service to Kongolo, carrying a crew of five and a load of cigarettes. About 30 km from the destination, the crew reported technical problems and continued the approach. After landing at Kongolo Airport, the airplane was unable to stop within the remaining distance. It overran in a grassy area, the undercarriage collapsed and the airplane came to rest with the right engine on fire. All five crew members escaped uninjured.

The airplane was on a cargo service (flight AJK206) from Lagos with a crew of five on board. After landing on runway 22 at Abuja-Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport, the airplane veered off runway to the right. Contacting soft ground, it lost a gear and came to a halt in a ditch. All five crew members escaped uninjured.
