Circumstances:
On final approach to Saltillo-Plan de Guadalupe Airport Runway 35, the single engine airplane entered a sudden left turn, impacted the ground and crashed in an open field. The wreckage was found about 200 metres short of runway threshold. The airplane was destroyed upon impact and all four occupants were killed.

Circumstances:
On October 26, 2001, at 1930 central daylight time, a Learjet 25B transport category airplane, N715MH, was substantially damaged when both main landing gears collapsed during the landing touchdown at Ciudad Victoria, State of Tamaulipas, in the Republic of Mexico. The captain, first officer, 2 medical attendants, and 2 passengers aboard the airplane were not injured. The airplane was owned and operated by American Jet International of Houston, Texas. The air ambulance flight originated from the Houston Hobby Airport approximately 1800, and made an intermediate stop at the Matamoros Airport (MMMA) to clear Mexican customs. Night visual meteorological prevailed for the flight, for which and instrument flight rules flight plan was filed.

Circumstances:
During the takeoff roll at Corpus Christi Airport, the pilot decided to abandon the procedure and started an emergency braking procedure. In unclear circumstances, the twin engine airplane went out of control, veered off runway and came to rest. All nine occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.
Probable cause:
The pilot exercised poor judgment and lost control of the airplane in unfavorable wind conditions. The following factors were reported:
- Overload failure,
- Right cross wind 068 to 112°,
- 070° right crosswind gusting up to 24 knots.

En route from Matamoros to Mexico City and while overflying north of the State of Veracruz, the single engine aircraft hit the Cerro de Carbón located south of Papantla. The airplane was destroyed by impact forces and all four occupants were killed. The aircraft was supposed to be registered XA-BHH but this registration was not taken up at the time of the accident.
