Circumstances:
For unknown reason, the airplane landed on its left main gear first on runway 07 at Phan Thiêt Airport. After touchdown, control was lost. The airplane veered off runway to the left, struck an earth mound and came to rest. All 31 occupants escaped uninjured while the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff, while in initial climb, the aircraft was shot down by communists rebels. The pilot-in-command elected to return but was eventually forced to attempt an emergency landing. The aircraft crash landed and came to rest in a field. A passenger was killed while 13 other occupants were injured. The airplane was written off.
