Circumstances:
The crew was completing a test flight from Toussus-le-Noble to Epinal. On approach to Epinal-Mirecourt Airport, visibility was below minimums. On final, as the crew was unable to locate the runway, he decided to initiate a go-around procedure and increased engine power. The aircraft rolled to the left, causing the left wing and the engine to struck the runway surface. Power was reduced and the aircraft bounced and eventually came to rest 400 metres further. Both occupants were injured and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
While on a positioning flight, the twin engine aircraft crashed on approach to Epinal-Mirecourt Airport. The wreckage was found in a field 4 km short of runway threshold. Both pilots were killed.
Probable cause:
It was determined that the accident was the consequence of a wrong altimeter setting after the crew though he was completing the approach under QNH while the aircraft was set on QFE.

Circumstances:
The crew was returning to his base in Villeneuve-les-Vertus following a leaflets dropping mission over Frankfurt. En route, the aircraft went out of control and crashed in a field located in Bouxurulles, 6 km southwest of Charmes. All five crewmen were killed.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed Martigny-lès-Gerbonvaux on a reconnaissance mission over Sarrebruck, Germany. Over the target area, the airplane was attacked by the pilots of German Messerschmitt 109. The crew evacuated the area and returned to Martigny-lès-Gerbonvaux. With one engine inoperative and seriously damaged, the airplane crashed upon landing and came to rest. All four crew members were rescued, one of them was seriously injured. He died in the evening from injuries sustained.
