Circumstances:
The airplane entered the Irish airspace at 0835LT and landed at Baldonnel-Casement Airport at 0924LT after the crew reported they were low on fuel. The crew were given food and rest then the airplane was unarmed and cleared to depart. It took off at 1320LT bound for Belfast-Aldergrove Airport. Flying to the north, the crew encountered poor visibility when the airplane impacted a hill located near Jenkinstown, bursting into flames. All three crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Saint Eval at 1350LT on a maritime patrol flight over the Celtic Sea. Due to a navigation error, the airplane flew to France and passed over Brest at an altitude of 2,000 feet when it ran out of fuel. The crew abandoned the airplane that crashed in Tréflez. Two crew became PoW and two others evaded.

Circumstances:
The airplane departed RAF Silloth on a navigation training exercise. Prior to the mission, the crew was instructed to remain in areas free of fog and low cloud, however the aircraft ended up in low cloud. People living in the villages to the east of North Barrule heard the aircraft fly over head and then the sound of the aircraft crashing. The airplane crashed in a prairie and was destroyed by a post crash fire. All five crew members were killed.

The airplane departed RAF Thornaby on a maritime patrol flight along the Norwegian coast. While flying in limited visibility due to poor weather conditions, the airplane impacted the slope of a wooded hill on the Hidra Island located south of Flekkefjord. All four crew members were killed.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a training flight on behalf of the 13th Squadron. After simulating an aerial attack, the pilot initiated a steep descent. Approaching the ground, he pulled up the control column but the airplane impacted the ground with its left wing. The left engine was torn off and the pilot regain control for few seconds before the aircraft eventually crashed into the sea, some 250 metres offshore. All four crew members were killed.
