The crew was completing a test flight to check the airframe when the floatplane crashed into the sea off Travemünde. All six crew members were killed.

The floatplane was destroyed in an emergency landing some 50 km north of Rixhöft (Rozewie), Poland. There were no casualties.

Suffered an accident in Hörnum, apparently following a structural failure. The air gunner was killed and all four other crew members were injured.

The floatplane was engaged in a maritime patrol flight off the Irish coast when it suffered an engine failure. The pilot ditched the airplane off the Blasket Islands and the airplane drifted until it crashed on rocks. The crew was rescued three days later and interned.
