Circumstances:
The airplane departed Gibraltar on a reconnaissance and anti-submarine patrol mission. While flying along the Moroccan coast, it was shot down by the pilot of a Vichy French Curtiss H-75 and crashed into the Atlantic Ocean about 60 km off Casablanca. Both pilots were killed and three other crew members became PoW.

Circumstances:
En route from Oban to Calshot, the crew encountered poor weather conditions and continued to Holyhead where another London was already moored. On final approach in poor visibility (less than 200 yards), the crew completed a right turn at low height when the right float touched the water surface, causing the aircraft to crash in the Holyhead Bay. Both crewmen were injured and the float plane sank 10 minutes later.

The float plane departed Sullom Voe at 0850LT on a maritime patrol mission along the Norwegian coast. En route, the crew encountered an unexpected situation and was forced to ditch the airplane into the North Sea. All six crew members were rescued and the aircraft was lost.

Circumstances:
The float plane departed RAF Sullom Voe on a reconnaissance mission along the Norwegian coast, carrying six crew members. The aircraft crashed in unknown circumstances in the vicinity of Smøla Island. A dead body was later found but not trace of the aircraft or the rest of the crew. It is believed that the airplane crashed somewhere between Grip and Brattvær.
