Circumstances:
The airplane was on a delivery flight from California to England via Canada. Due to poor weather conditions in east US, the crew diverted to El Paso. On approach, the twin engine airplane collided with a radio range tower located one mile east of the airport and crashed. Both crew members, US citizens, were killed.

The floatplane departed San Diego on a ferry flight to Pensacola, carrying a crew of five. While overflying Texas, the crew encountered poor weather conditions with severe turbulence in overcast. They decided to bail out and abandoned the airplane that dove into the ground and crashed near Lamesa. A crew was killed and four others were unhurt.

The crew (two pilots and four engineers of the company) were conducting a local post maintenance flight out from Dallas Love Field. On final approach, the captain elected to make a go around when an engine failed while trying to climb. The aircraft went into a spin and crashed on the north shore of the Bachman Lake, short of runway. All six occupants were killed and the aircraft was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire.

Engine failure for unknown reasons at a critical phase of flight.
