Circumstances:
En route from Croydon to Berlin, the crew encountered severe icing conditions. The captain decided to divert to Hanover for a safe landing but on approach, he was forced to attempt and emergency landing. The three engine airplane named 'Marschall von Bieberstein' crash landed in an open field and came to rest, bursting into flames. All 15 occupants evacuated, among them seven were injured. The aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire.

Icing.

While approaching Hanover Airport from the southwest, the pilot Heumann encountered poor visibility due to foggy conditions. Too low, the airplane contacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located on the slope of Mt Süntel, near Pötzen, some 35 km southwest from Hanover Airport. All five occupants were injured and the aircraft named 'Eider' was destroyed.

The airplane named 'Skåne' departed Stockholm on a flight to Amsterdam with intermediate stops in Malmö, Hamburg and Bremen. During the last leg from Bremen to Amsterdam, the pilot encountered engine problems and attempted an emergency landing. The aircraft landed in a pasture, lost its undercarriage and slid for few dozen metres before coming to rest. All occupants evacuated safely and the aircraft was damaged beyond repair.

Circumstances:
The single engine airplane departed Osnabrück on a flight to Borkum, carrying four passengers and one pilot. While approaching the Borkum Island from the east, the pilot encountered poor weather conditions when the aircraft entered an uncontrolled descent and crashed in the sea south of Juist, about 20 km east of Borkum. A passenger was seriously injured while four other occupants were killed. The only survivor later died from his injuries.
