Circumstances:
The crew left Bauru Airport at 1100LT for local training purposes. After completing several maneuvers, the crew started a new approach when the pilot-in-command decided to make a go around. The aircraft stalled and crashed short of runway. Both pilots were seriously injured but one of them died from his injuries few hours later.

The crew was performing a local training flight at Valladolid-Villanubla Airport when an engine failed. The pilot-in-command elected to make an emergency landing when the aircraft crashed in flames in a field located four km from the airport. All six crew members were able to evacuate the cabin and were injured while the aircraft was destroyed by fire.

Circumstances:
While flying at a height of 150 meters, the engine failed. The pilot was able to restart it but the aircraft lost height, contacted trees and crashed in a wooded area located in Sikmarö. The aircraft was destroyed while all four occupants were injured.

Probable cause:
It was determined that the engine failure was caused by a fuel exhaustion because the fuel selector was connected to an empty fuel tank. At the time of the accident, sufficient fuel remained in an other fuel tank but for unknown reason, the pilot forgot to change the fuel selector in due time.
