Circumstances:
The airplane was completing an exercise on behalf of the 72 Aviation School when it impacted the slope of a mountain in Královec, bursting into flames. The pilot was killed and three other crew members were injured. At the time of the accident, weather conditions were poor.

Controlled flight into terrain.

Circumstances:
While cruising at a height of about 50 metres, the engine failed. The pilot attempted to make an emergency landing when the airplane stalled and crashed in an open field located in Královec. The radio navigator was killed while the pilot was injured. The aircraft was destroyed.
