Circumstances:
Shortly after takeoff, while in initial climb, one of the engine failed. The pilot lost control of the airplane that crashed in a field located past the runway end. A passenger was seriously injured while three other occupants were killed.
Probable cause:
Powerplan failure during initial climb for unknown reason. Improper single engine procedure.

Circumstances:
While flying in poor weather conditions, the pilot lost control of the airplane that dove into the ground and crashed in an open field. The aircraft was destroyed by impact forces and a post crash fire and the pilot, sole on board, was killed.
Probable cause:
The pilot continued under VFR mode in adverse weather conditions and suffered a spatial disorientation while flying in foggy conditions and rain falls.

Circumstances:
A failure of the electrical system in flight forced the pilot to reduce his altitude and to attempt an emergency landing. While cruising in the vicinity of Corinth, the pilot attempt to land in an open field when the airplane struck trees and crashed in flames. The pilot and a passenger were killed while two other occupants were injured. The aircraft was destroyed.
