Schleswig-Holstein

The aircraft departed Kiel-Holtenau Airport on a flight to Westerland-Sylt following an engine change. Three minutes after takeoff, the airplane suffered an engine failure, entered a dive and crashed in Wik, some three km south of the airfield. All three crew members were killed.

After being catapulted from the ship named 'Sperber', the float plane entered a nose up attitude, stalled and crashed into the sea. A crew member was killed while three others were injured.

The twin engine airplane departed RAF Wyton at 1110LT on a reconnaissance mission. While approaching Heligoland Island, the aircraft collided with a second RAF Blenheim registered N6145 and also carrying three crew members. Both aircraft entered a dive and crashed into the sea. All six crew members in both aircraft were killed.

While approaching Heligoland Island, the aircraft collided with a second RAF Blenheim registered N6150 and also carrying three crew members. Both aircraft entered a dive and crashed into the sea. All six crew members in both aircraft were killed.

The crew departed RAF Leuchars on a reconnaissance mission over Wilhelmshaven. While flying over the North Sea and approaching the German coast, the twin engine airplane was shot down by the pilot of a German fighter and crashed into the sea off Helgoland Island. All four crew members were killed.

While approaching Sylt Island, the airplane was shot down by the German Flak and crashed into the sea some 300 metres offshore. A crew member was rescued and became PoW while three other occupants were killed.
