Circumstances:
On approach to Oxford-Kidlington Airport, the aircraft went out of control and crashed in Port Meadow, bursting into flames. The aircraft was destroyed by a post crash fire and the pilot, Mr. Skuce, was seriously injured.

Circumstances:
The crew was performing a local training flight at RAF Bicester. While completing a turn, the crew lost control of the airplane that stalled and crashed. Both pilots were injured and the airplane was damaged beyond repair.
